The reason the cost is externalized is because a private equity firm related to this start-up has sunk its own money into making this as easy as possible. You may again wish to paint it as a negative, but I know of very few firms that do not wish to externalize capital intensive operational costs in a similarly advantageous way. To attempt to turn it into something else is of course an easy truck, but it is also a very common thing that companies and related companies often actually have advantageous affiliated relationships and in fact these issues have been looked at by the SEC at the instigation no doubt if certain persons seeking to undermine the company, the company has policies and I doubt highly that there is anything here that would be a problem.
