Perhaps that would be a function of announcing the company is a signed partner in a $5 billion deal, but that's just a wild guess.

All I'm saying is that headwinds are stiffer when money flow is ebbing from your particular sector or in this case most of the OTC. Perhaps that's part of the reason that $TPTW seems to some to be so sluggish in following up on that initial monster move. In addition to the numerical reasons behind the technicals that chartists use.
