Some people don’t understand how construction works.

In areas where construction is busy, there’s huge shortages of tradesmen.

On top of that the building and permits division of the county and or city are usually a minimum of 2-3months out on approving building permits.

On top of that depending on your general contractor, most like to try to use the same subcontractors which isn’t bad, but if they are slammed guess what some projects are going to get pushed to the back burner.

It’s unfortunate but there’s nothing anyone can do about it. Some projects are 3 plus months behind schedule depending on the size of them.

Well thank goodness it’s not new delays........the same delays have crippled grlt and make it look like an otc cesspool scam that is worth no more that a few tick quick trade.
