I do have to eat crow on that post and give the Chart-Master Kudos for his spot-on calls here. I personally do not believe in Charts for my own Penny Picks/Plays, but since so many people now do, I have to admit that the times have changed a bit and there may be "some relevance". However, as today proved, in Pennyland, News Trumps All, and that will never change.
