I had a personal call with Ben about 3 weeks ago. He's very aware of how many of you express your concerns. He is in for the long haul and will not release news until Deals are completed. No more Roger statements that "things are coming" I really expected we would hear a few things by this EOM. I assume things are not finalized or they would have done a PR. That said, news could come out any day now. The big one is a partnership ! I will admit I have not received any email replies that I have sent for the last 7 days. Hopefully it means stuff is happening. Hope that helps

Despite what ANYONE tries to claim otherwise. He is chairman and holds the CONtrol block with his tight buddy Uncle LARRY 'I Liked Frank Mortimer We Were Buddies' LEVERTON.
He who CONtrols the sharevotes with supervoting CONvertible preferred shares owns the corporation. Everyone else is just a minority shareholder with no say and along for the ride. Taken for a ride.
Nobody, and I mean Nobody at AMFE/FUNN/FUNNQ can take a piss with~OUTT Rogerinocchio's say-so. Anything of significance requires BOD approval and a signed board resolution. Any deals or audits. Rogerinocchio holds all the BOD trump cards. Rogerinocchio can fire ____Ben or ROGEN at the drop of a hat for any reason or no reason - on his personal whim - and they cannot fire him.
Rogerinocchio can fire ROGEN even if ROGEN would work for free. Because he can. Because Rogerinocchio is in full CONtrol at all relevant times. He can fire the frontmen and they cannot fire him (or LARRY, assuming LARRY has any job at all).
Rogerincchio has simply learned another lesson from his dead pennyscamming daddy's 1985 copy of The Pennyscammers Playbook (2nd Ed.) and stepped offstage to become he offstage coach who runs the on-stage frontmen team using his Wizard of Odds marionette strings.
It is always better for the CONtrol folks to stay offstage and just be coaches sending in plays to the on-stage frontmen team that are the targets for the heat from shareholders.
