I don't personally know the employees.

People gain experience and learn through time and become competent as part of the process.

This is a new material & new applications. It is hard to work and understand and customers reluctant to take the risk of adoption. Sussess often requires many failures & the experimentation has been going on here for what? About 20 years!

Li thinks enough of TC to put him in charge of operations.

for .11 you are not going to get IBM. Evolution takes time. Time has passed and I think great things are near.

Well, you see, there's this guy named "Lugee Li." He was CEO and COB, but gave up the reigns to the CEO job picking the guy to replace him. He's got 64 mill riding here and it kept the Company alive.

64 million "heavily invested"? Yeah, I think most would say so.

Well, I guess there is always the chance he's not "competent;" that being pretty much relative in comparison, though.
