There would be a clear conflict of issue for Duffy to own options for NWBO. LP may not care about conflicts of interest, but I’m sure Merck’s general counsel does.

Since you agree with him, I will ask you the same Q I asked him.

Why do you assume Duffy was not awarded options?

And why would you assume he could not be hired with Merck because he had options in some other biotech?
