#382 RE: Dengxiaoping #380

Dengx..WOW!! Did you even bother reading that news clip that you posted. You have it all backwards!!!! Dr JJ actually supported the plaintiff (the injured patient). Dr JJ stated that if the patient's doctor (Dr Lane) had properly referred the patient to an expert (Retinologist for treatment), that the eye sight would not have been completely lost. Dr JJ did the right thing! You have it all backwards. Dr JJ was NOT defending the quack doctor!! He was defending the patient!!

This news release demonstrates that Dr JJ does have scruples, and defended the little guy when the little guy is up against a powerful quack doctor. Dr JJ should thank you for posting this!!

---------------------------- excerpt
The high court wrote that an expert hired by the Tillsons, Dr. Jonathan Javitt, of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, was “sufficient evidence to withstand a motion for summary judgment.”

Javitt has written multiple articles on endophthalmitis as well as cases of infections caused by enterococcus faecalis.

His testimony stated that he believed if Tillson had been referred to an expert, his eyesight loss likely would not have been complete in the eye.
