When you decide to do the outdoor kitchen look into the Weber Genesis Series. They make stand alone as well as drop in grills. Make sure you get one with the "Sear Station".. what a difference it makes with any meats.
I just picked up the Genesis 11 S-435 and could not be happier. I've had Weber always.
