2 reasons why Nft tickets will be profitable

1)ETH will increase in price and your asset will appreciate in value more faster than a traditional Asset


2)there’s already ticket stubs listed for 10’s of thousands of dollars on opensea and they aren’t even for any world-known musicians or a major sporting event. Imagine a 10 second snippet of the guitarist Slash with an autograph as a NFT ticket and you have all rights to the asset. I don’t think you can do that with the method you were talking about.
