“.....continue to buy PHIL...” seems pretty self explanatory to me. PHIL current.... so why couldn’t one buy? If it looks like a duck...smells like a duck...floats like a duck...water runs off its back like a duck....it’s a duck. Nothing against that poster but what other conclusion can one come up with?
