Actually JL sold out before Du's ruling. He mentioned his age and declining health and didn't want to risk that we might not prevail. He hinted he was still sitting on significant gains when we were hovering around 17. Then he began posting much less frequently. Although I wish I had followed his advice my faith in his prognostications went downhill when he said Vascepa would sell itself.
