I was really getting ready for the Vegas "10/10 no settlement" pre-trial party but the imminent possibility of CAFC denying the company's patents and then immediate Third Circuit judges overrule that never happened changed everything...Man...that was really close!

Now, the case is gonna go to the post-trial appellate judges at District Court that will definitely rule against the company before sending the case back to the District Court to be overruled by judges there. It may takes years but that is the way it is! If these inevitable judge denials happen in next 10 years we can finally start our "10/10 no settlement" Vegas party!
