Two to three years? For what, full enrollment or initiation of a Ph 4? Call me naive but the drug will long be approved before then and every trial checkpoint after that will be like throwing gasoline on a fire, especially on the rare disease front.

Ok maybe two years for a Ph 4 but not three. Scrap the whole FDA if we go three years with out obtaining a Ph 4!
