The typo aside, I believe that finances are not going to force NWBO to release TLD before November 1, 2021 and if they choose to delay on whatever pretext they are infinitely resourceful (in the narrow range of kicking the can down the road and stringing everyone along) and will find a way to delay and make us be the ones to pay for it.
