So your going to try and class action BRTX because you made a bad investment ?

Accept the loss and learn from your mistake..There was so many red flags on this from day 1 and they were brought up day after day after day after month after month and if a investor chose to ignore those then thats their fault..

My god the pathetic BRTX lies and misinformation was pointed out 1000s of times with proof daily ffs and those investors were called names and accused of rotten motives,if one chose to ignore them and still invested then thats their fault not BRTX..

The biggest red flag was the complete disappearing act preformed by the hype group once the PPS started to tank..


i own no shares of BRTX and when i did i never held them longer then a day or 2..I knew after doing my DD that this was purely a flipping ticker for me,no way was i going to hold the way the BRTX misinformation was being spewed over social media and watching so many rookies suck it up like it was gods words..SMFH

PS.. that same hype group has managed to create bagholders on a number of tickers since they pulled their crap on BRTX investors..You wana sue someone then go after the members of that hype group that was putting out misinformation all day everyday for weeks on social media about BRTX..Hell the SEC already got 1 of them,if enough people filed complaints about them and their misinformation sprees then they might face the music as well..

I would contact the SEC and submit a tip. Point out the early pumps that appeared in Aug 2020 by “mammoth_package” (Reddit), @wenchunchenn (Twitter), and whichever account here initiated the pump early in the BK process. It’s highly suspicious that these accounts clearly had inside knowledge—IMO they are likely connected to Auctus. I believe they pumped the stock in BK fully knowing they had no funding for Phase 2 and that the stock would be diluted into oblivion. https://www.sec.gov/tcr
