I have been discussing filing a law suit against the management of BRTX. However, my lawyer says that a class action suit is the way to go. You just need to get enough people (need the highest possible % ownership represented, not necessarily the greatest # of people).

If you would consider joining a class action suit to possibly get at least some of your investment back, please respond with a thumbs up. Please only respond if you are a larger shareholder. ie current owners or recent owners (that sold out) with greater than 5 Million shares.

I will tell Joe the rough # of those willing to be part of one.
