Lol, like I said its my opinion, who am I. According to documents posted here Billy does exist, I denfinetly don't know him. This is an unofficial UOIP board, a board anybody can access. People can get pacers and follow all they want it's a form of entertainment or keeping up to date, more power to you. Good luck finding a lawyer to fight ur case, they can't do anything until he actually does not pay the shareholders.
