'they will not be able to trade easily unless then pay the OTC to be up-listed and a quote given.'

Sheer uninformed/misinformed nonsense. OTC tickers are not listed on an exchange, that is why they are called Over-The-Counter stocks.

OTCs QB and QX are tiers or ratings not exchanges as that term is conventionally used.

Second, OTC Markets has nothing to do with whether quotes are given for OTC issues by any MM.

If XYZ Corp stock (XYZC) was dropped from coverage of its quote on OTCM, you just go to your brokerage website and look up the quotes there - either delayed or realtime and/or Level II.

OTCM doesnt control quotaion of an issue, only whether OTCM chooses to publish such quoes on the OTCM publication platform. Some OTC issuers CHOOSE to pay OTCM to report info and quotes on the OTCM website because OTCM is a paid advertising site that many pennyplayers look at a lot. All those issuers are buying from OTCM is publication of info and quotes on OTCM, not anywhere else.

If a company has published on their own website or Facebook or otherwise are current and if OTCM still posts a stop sign falsely, then OTCM is in a badd spott liability-wise as the company would then have a legal against OTCM. Of course, OTCM is free to drop all coverage of a stock on OTCM, but that has nothing to do with whether that stock is quoted by MMs and visible on many other trading sites, your brokerage website, and iHub - either delayed or the Level II feed.

If I have any of this wrong, 1manband, BigBake, Janice, nodummy, etc. and others will clarify those errors or omissions - now that InnaGrille is no longer aboard the iHub DD Fraud Board starship.

OTCM has ZERO control of quotation or Level II trading feed for any issue except whether that info is REpublished on the OTCM website itself. If they (OTCM) drop a ticker, you can find its quotesand trading data and Level II info at any brokerage website where you have an account.

Or at least delayed trading date on CNBC.com or many other free websites.
