When will investors have to quit averaging down to big profits?

I was told 2017.

Then 2018.

Then 2019.

Then 2020.

Then 2021.

Now 2022

Remind me again when the EcoSmart Pen will be released? Many historical post confirm all those false promotions by gullbiles and paid promoters.
