Why did Feldenkrais buy CATV, a company with an ugly history, bloated share structure, and an allegedly illegal scheme to take control using falsified legal documents? That "Issued but not Outstanding" debt brings the Issued within 500k shares of the 5 Billion Authorized shares.

Why didn't Feldenkrais just acquire a clean shell with a small share structure then acquire his own private businesses at little to no cost?
