When we were over a penny, could you buy at that time? Wondering if some of these brokers rule apply as soon as? Or the stock has to be a penny or more for certain amount of time? I'm with TD, so does not effect me. Obviously just hoping the more who can invest. Sooner they can invest, helps all the more going parabolic.
