let's be fair about this; if barry was an officer some people would call him an insider and say he's guilty by association. since he's not an officer some say he has no power. it's a convenient position when either way bdgr looks bad.

the truth is that many people including myself who have spoke with barry find him to be engaging and candid. barry is an interim-cfo, and depending on various factors his position may evolve into a full time cfo.

What is more important - WHO brought Barry into "fix" the problems. It was NOT Rick, and was certainly not LANZA or any of the other low life morons.
