Here is how the math on this deal works, imo. $3.5 BILLION DOLLAR deal over 5 years or 700 million dollars a year, if they net 10% of that, that would be 70 million profit per year, which is an EPS of .08, figuring a 25 PE ( low for an expanding company) that would be $1.98 a share.
