The conversation coincides with the fact that NWBO is (in theory), reaching news and will need to try to uplist and also raise funds as the firm moves to the next stage and while maybe they can increase the already ridiculous number of authorized shares and hope momentum on TLD is sustained long enough to allow the uplist logically now that the share price is appreciating (perhaps on expectations of real news) the conversation will naturally include discussion of an R/S. That issue will remain until NWBO puts their cards on the table or makes an ironclad commitment to not R/S (which they will never do).
