IF that happened, OTC-SC, then what our RGBP PPS become, do you think?

Well Moderna certainly will have a nice bankroll to lean on with all the revenues they are generating from their Covid19 vaccine. I could see a bidding war stirring driving the buyout PPS for all of RGBP patents well above $3.50 a share. For Pfizer, Moderna or other BP’s to throw $14 - $15 Billion, that would be child’s play.

Pfizer and Moderna already have the lead and knowledge of how the MrNA process works and can perfect it even further in different therapeutic areas using the RGBP patents. So they definitely can quantify the patent value possibilities. Just my opinion.

If a Buyout happened with any 1 of these 5 Big Pharma's, how long would it take to announce a buyout and to close the acquisition, upto the point, where the RGBP shareholders get paid, from the acquisition?

Nice summary OTC. I wonder if RGBP has already been in talks with a few major players and possibly made a decision on the direction of the Company. My thought is once they are current they will be more transparent. Exciting days ahead my friend. JMHO.
