Again, Trip ..
It makes NO DIFFERENCE what the SP is, Hunter is getting his money regardless. If the SP is still suppressed that just means we will be getting diluted even more than anticipated to pay him.

If the price is 1$ he gets 45million shares .. if it is 25 cents he gets ..180,000,000 shares .. If it is 5 cents he gets 900,000,000 shares .. Whatever the price is he gets an equal amount to 45mil
( and again, at the time of closing it did look like SIRC was on a good path, hard to predict a crash of this magnitude. But he is getting paid REGARDLESS OF SP) Lower the price the more dilution and worse for us...

Trip - thank you

Yes, no disrespect to a serious health issue.
I should have made that clearer.

But -

As RZA also stated - this is the murky Pink Sheets.
And do we really know that was the case?

Growing up on the Southside of Chicago - My instincts are to know where I am and my environment - and this is the land of the Pinks.

I can recall back to my High School days. A older guy came up to me on a corner as I waited for a school bus. "Want to buy a chain? Gold." Had an actual Marshall Fields price tag on it. So I bought it - for my first girlfriend. Gave it to her and a few weeks later, she gave it back and said "the gold came off". My dad took it to the lab at work for the hell of it (to teach me a lesson). "son, don't believe what you always hear... especially when money is involved and they can get away with telling you story of gold"

I wish Brian well.
