It makes NO DIFFERENCE what the SP is, Hunter is getting his money regardless. If the SP is still suppressed that just means we will be getting diluted even more than anticipated to pay him.
If the price is 1$ he gets 45million shares .. if it is 25 cents he gets ..180,000,000 shares .. If it is 5 cents he gets 900,000,000 shares .. Whatever the price is he gets an equal amount to 45mil
( and again, at the time of closing it did look like SIRC was on a good path, hard to predict a crash of this magnitude. But he is getting paid REGARDLESS OF SP) Lower the price the more dilution and worse for us...
