I don't need to. I know exactly how the system works.

This has nothing to do with OTC at this time.

The company needs to upload filings. EEGI can do that all on their own. OTC doesn't have any involvement with that.

And the OTC will not review EEGI's filings until they are complete (which they aren't at this time).

EEGI still needs to upload quarterly filings for 2021. Where are they?

EEGI still needs to reupload filings that have typos in them (such as a 2020 filing that says it is for 2019). Why haven't those been corrected yet?

EEGI still needs to upload the attorney's letter.

Why hasn't any of this been done yet? It has been over a month since they had access to the OTC IQ system.

EEGI said that they had everything ready to upload. That was obviously a lie.

Get ready for the share price to drop into the teens in the next week or so.

ETrade will limit trades to liquidation / sell only starting on Friday.

Schwab will do the same starting next Tuesday.

TDA will do the same starting the following Friday.

These are 3 of the largest brokerages in the world. Without the ability for investors to buy, the share price will have downwards pressure on it, resulting in a capitulation.

Why would they have submitted all those fins last week, and not the last 2? Doesnt pass the smell test.
