I did not say you did say they won't be current. Current or not was a side opinion I offered, as I am not limited in my comments by the topic(s) of your conversation. But you must know that.
Your argument re: inactive statements has been addressed. And at the point we are Pink Current it doesn't matter whether there were 2 or 200 inactive statements, because the end goal - no matter the avenue or conditions - is what matters in this case.
A month from now your concern will not be an issue, nor likely remembered.
As for anything else any number of inactive statements may have to say about the management or character or whatever forward looking term you yourself wish to use, well, we will just have to see, won't we? It's a third-level concern in my book. But if you are just looking to create doubt - any doubt - about the wisdom of an investment in $PBYA, it's available I suppose.
