I don't think that the conference will come first; I think the journal will.

Personally, I think the conference will not be used for some sort of announcement of the initial trial data. Another share holder I confer with (floatserve) suggested that the conference could also be used to update the trial data; kind of like was done at SNO 2018.

That presents an interesting, plausible (maybe strange flipper?) idea to consider. The publication comes out with the October 2020 data (five years), and then later, possibly at SNO, LL presents the updated six year data?
