Huge clarification on the INPHI situation (to echo what HAJ has already said)
A lot of people are confused on the inphi situation. Regarding the TRANSCRIPT which is dated 8/2/2021... This is a transcript from a status conference that was already held, on 8/2. The TRANSCRIPT was posted on 8/20 but the court already entered the record for the status conference... on 8/2.

Then, per the judges recommendation NLST filed infringement contentions on 8/9.

Then, as HAJ summed up in another post, the case was jointly dismissed on 8/18.

gm everyone. thanks for the update. I was on a short weekend holiday and back just now. Have to read a lot... lot´s of talk on STW over the weekend.
