NetList and Inphi met with the judge. NetList was ordered to file it's infringement contentions (detailed information on how Inphi violated their patents) by August 9th. The court also ordered both of them to file a status report, no later than August 23rd, to say how they want to proceed with the case. Including if NetList needs additional discovery from Inphi and the deadlines they need it by, plus any motion to eliminate any claims.

It's neutral. Basically the case is proceeding and everybody needs to tell the judge what they want and when, on Monday. They'll either say they are settling or NetList will want discovery and Inphi will want the case dismissed.
