Wouldn't it be better for them to wait for good news

from KBLB before selling the shares to the open market?

Here is an example...

On 29 Jul, KBLB diluted 3,101,546 shares:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=165182844&txt2find=diluted

Over the following days, these "avg" trades took place:

30 Jul - 250,000 shares
2 Aug - 300,000 shares
3 Aug - 225,000 shares
4 Aug - 600,000 shares
5 Aug - 426,546 shares
6 Aug - 320,000 shares
9 Aug - 210,000 shares
10 Aug - 770,000 shares

In other words, for 8 consecutive trading days (excluding weekends), these "avg" trades took place, and they totaled 3,101,546 shares. That is EXACTLY how many shares were diluted by KBLB about 10 days prior. So this shows that the dilution will show up in the O/S first, and then they will be traded on the market over the coming days.

After that, there wasn't an "avg" trade until 17 Aug (about a week later). And 17 Aug was "coincidentally" the next time that KBLB showed that they had diluted another 2,277,273 shares:

kblb should be affording yorkville the 20% discount by giving them 20% more shares...much the same way they did with csc...csc gave kblb $100k and kblb gave csc $120k worth of shares...then csc sold the shares...

when dilution occurs, it raises the o/s...but it doesnt appear in the float
or in the daily volume until there is a sale...

i dont know whats being done or how it is being done...transactions reported on a 5-10 day basis appear to be occurring at various discounts...but when they are all added together monthly and the math is done, they end up being 20%...

and yet....none of the daily or individual amounts of dilution occurring look to be selling at discounts...

todays dilution was sold at around the going price at the time it was sold...yet, when kblb reports the dilution, a 20% discount is clearly seen...

the only way i think that can happen is if the discount is been given by handing over 20% more shares to yorkville...much the same way we did with csc...

the other thing i dont get is, who is buying all these shares?...they are being sold in increments of 300k to 600k shares...even spread out and sold thru out the day...

along with all the normal buying and selling, i just dont see how all that dilution is being bought by retail investors...its too much...the pps would have dropped much farther and faster than it has...

it looks to me like dilution is occurring in the morning and then .08 is being supported in the afternoons...often times with substantial buys and or volume...
