<< on July 29th, the entire shares traded were 1.7 mil....so theres no way they diluted 3.1 mil shares that day... July 29 was the day they paid down the loan...but it wasnt the day they diluted all those shares... >>

When a company dilutes, it is added to the O/S, but it might reach the open market at that time. So it it possible that they transferred the shares to YA II PN (to pay down the debt), and then it is YA II PN that is later selling them on the open market (and that is what we are seeing).
