He even listed rent and website expenses in 2018 when they didn't have a website or an office as far as anyone knows. Looks like shareholders may have paid the rent for the box he was living in.

I knew these would come in handy again someday.

Somehow he (or someone*) claimed $242k in revenue even though he never told shareholders he had sold anything or provided any service whatsoever as I recall.
