These same complaints were occurring before being delisted from nasdaq. They'll always be there. Tesla longs complain about the same thing.

Uplisting will not help unless NWBO stops being run like an OTC company. It's that simple. The issues with the swings in valuation are not due to manipulation and it was a wild ride even back on the NASDAQ and there was plenty of complaining about naked shorting even then.

Uplisting only seems like a panacea if one was not here before we were downlisted.
