Need to yes. Can? No. On a company in the current delicate negotiations PMPG/SRT are in, we will not see shit until the deals are done, because the NDA's require that. Ignoring the NDA to pump a stock is a deal killer with the big boys.

I was in one that sold off 80% for 14 months, while the CEO was gagged by NDA's with the kind of Firms Hicks is dealing with, before the news came out and even then it took several more months for a 6 month 10,000% rally to happen.

It was another one I married. I am not married to this right now, but that could change. But only if there are not more disaster opps.

PMPG needs to prove it is not a shell, take control of SRT (51-100%), and/or prove they have control of SRT in writing, and prove they have real discussions, deals on the table, some how, simply because the ex officers that nearly murdered the stock left one hell of stain here that needs proof they can get shit done, like file a 10-Q.
