All my accounts are in TDAmeritrade and I so far have not received a notice to this effect. I live in the USA.

I think it is a plus, as it pushes us to get upgraded on NASDAQ

It will only affect OTC stocks that don't stay current with their filings. I have own LWLG for over 18 years. I cannot recall LWLG ever missing a filing. I think they filed for a extension once.

See if you have any other OTC stocks that are not current. They may be referring to those and not LWLG.

If I were you I'd transfer to Fidelity. Very professional, you could do it in about 10 minutes.

Yes Lightwave is moving to the nasdaq but why wait. Fidelity is the answer

As info lightwaves books have always been audited.

E*TRADE sent something similar... They just gave different interim timelines but the Sept. 28, 2021 deadline is SEC driven and was the same in the email I got too. It's not Lightwave specific but OTC stocks in general .

Thanks to all for the added info and suggestions! Sounds like this will not affect LWLG but couldn't hurt to open up another trading account as well just to hedge in general.

If you go to the link they provide, you’ll see LWLG is not on the list of securities affected by the restriction.
