They are different things, but they mean the exact same thing!

The TA having no information on naked shorts MEANS THERE ARE NONE!

This is OBVIOUS to everyone who understands what a TA does!

If a cop pulls up my driving record and there are no violations, is it safe to conclude that I don't have any? Absolutely... that is the only rational conclusion!

Same deal with a TA being unaware of naked shorts!

If there are no records... in the place where such records are kept... it would be a total waste of time to continue to believe that records exist!
