Exactly right SWL. A few of us has been saying exactly that, since we first heard him say "buyback". It's not a buyback since the company isn't involved.

Anyway, it is frustrating that he continues to ignore the RULES but hey, I guess that's how he ended up with his "nasdaq" company ending up REVOKED. My post on that debacle can be found in the sticky "follow the bouncing ball".

Did you notice how he did the share "reduction" awhile back? He just simply filed a doc with WY SOS. I always thought it needed to be announced as an RS. Maybe I am wrong. I would appreciate your view on the share reduction.

Also good to note that HPIL had to be reinstated last year - Sept 2020 (I believe). Then the person in charge at the time, did a share increase to 200 Billion a few months before SB's "take over"... Then he did the magic reduction.

All very iffy, at least to me.
