This will be dead on September 27, the day ScrewU Halpern has to produce his records to the bankruptcy court, or get incarcerated for contempt. This includes the trading records which will be self incriminating, in my opinion.

In order to have revenue the company has to have a product this company has no products the only thing this company has his shares to dilute
