In the corporate world, competitors will rip your guts out and leave you for dead. Even the nicest company in the world goes thru life without getting tripped up, and losing a few. This will simply make Qualcomm stronger...it is not a big blow. The "big blow" comes only to some of you who were thinking Qualcomm was on the side of truth and justice, without exception. It is possible, as well, that justice was not served in this latest round...I would never take what a jury finds to be "the ultimate truth" in these matters. The law is as much about the lawyers involved as it is about actual justice being served. Look at O.J.Simpson, with his very high-powered defense team..... He is "not guilty". Yet he lost the civil case that followed, and is severely hampered financially because of it. So, don't be disillusioned by any of this....it is never over. Q may very well win the next round.
