In financial terms, Toucan is the beneficiary of Advent’s success. Advent is Cognate 2.0. In fact, I believe Advent’s CFO is based out of NYC, and interestingly enough, his experience is in M&A and capital market transactions.

But, the success of Advent and NBWO are obviously linked in terms of being in a position to commercialize DC Vax.
