So GS is waiting on the OTCIQ portal as we all know. He's waiting on them not the other way around and they are noted to be notoriously slooooow. It's as simple as that.

Great post. Week 4 of OTCM backlog as early as next Monday so literally could be current any day now.

In the meantime, hopefully SEC extends the September cutoff given that it is not the companies but OTCM holding things up. Might be a good idea for us all to contact them and complain.
