Why does there need to be an extension? It takes less than a week to upload financials. OTC has guaranteed that companies that met the application deadline will be able to upload on time. Currently the OTC is backlogged to 8+weeks

Not sure what you mean by week 4 of backlog. we are up to week 7 since application was filed.
