Google it online .. Any broker will tell you the same thing "Late financials are nearly always an indication of bad financials".. Usually because it ends in a big sell off. I don't care I was just wondering why they would do it "all the time" .. It is common practice, but it's not "ok" and it's not " a good practice" and no, it does NOT always end well for investors.. As a matter of fact, in many instances, it's an attempt to hide something.. Good luck. Bye.. Hope it turns out to be everything you dream it is.

Just blunder after blunder.
Might drop below $0.025.
No catalyst to move higher.
