I can't answer that because I'm not in the company. I just know that it's a common practice all around the OTC, and it's never a big deal. There are many things in life that don't make sense to me, and I likely won't have the answer to most of those things. In this case, however, in the grand scheme of things, this is hardly something to harp on.
