Not a concern as Delaware law limits a split to 10/1 within a years time. They've never split and said they would only consider it when profitable. True to word.

No question we're upward bound as evidenced by Q report. Holding here and not phased by yesterday. Always room for improvement of course...we're getting there. Quarterly shareholder updates would be helpful if only to keep the lines open to all, of course considering any restrictions on communications...NDA's, etc.

To understand what happens when RS is done at the wrong time look at our good friends at ENDV who tried a Patent lawsuit against BIEL a couple years ago.

ENDV who's SP was once over $100 had fallen to a few cents because of no progress in monetizing their Sofpulse device for which they had spent $4 million purchasing the Patents.

They enacted a 1 for 1,000 RS in December 2019. This raised their SP to several dollars and dropped their Share count from 1 billion to 1 million.

Today, 20 months later, ENDV SP is .0231 and they have diluted up to a OS of 58.46 million.

If a Company does not have a business plan in place that is showing strong positive results when a RS is enacted negative forces/dilution will drive its SP right back to pre-split levels.
