I think it is the same guy. I listened to the interview and the voice was a little muffled from the type of microphone that I think he was using.

Also, he said that CBYI is going into the telemedicine field. The video below confirms that they use iPhones for the utilization of their device:

Regardless, we'll know soon enough in my opinion. I'm taking the risk that it is the same guy. If it is, this has potential that is incredibly huge of which I'll explain just how huge once the company confirms what I suspect.
