For many years management has been uncannily adept at pushing timelines out by a month at a time. The end of the 3rd quarter ((September 30) in this case, is moved to October 30 by some chicken feed all but meaningless clause. Market doesn’t bite.

I want nothing more than TLD today and I agree that this has taken too unnecessarily long. But if again if by the end of September still nothing, that was kinda your deadline for TLD right and not NWBO's?
